Ashley Nocera

Ashley Nocera was born in the USA on the 15th of August, 1994 so under the zodiac sign of Leo and holding American nationality she is popular for her career of a fitness model while she is also an Instagram star. Ashley does not talk about her parents, however she credits her father as being the one who inspired her to work out. Her father was a bodybuilder who had a lot of fun when he lived in his 20s-30s. Ashley was always very active. At the age of 4 she began to swim, and continued doing it for about 10 years. While she participated in several events however, she wasn't committed enough to follow an eating plan that allowed her body to perform in its peak. Her attractive appearance and her shapely physique earned her a lot of attention when she was in highschool. But it is unknown the extent to which Ashley dated anyone during that time. Ashley determined to put all of to become a fitness instructor and modeling model after graduating. Ashley was just 15 years old, when she first recognized that her body wasn't her ideal body. After being encouraged to go to the gym by her grandfather Ashley began to work out. But, she heeded his advice in starting off with a slow pace. Ashley was motivated by her win and entered her first WBFF Las Vegas World Championships in 2014. The result was 7th and was motivated to work harder. After winning fifth place at the 2014 WBFF World Championships, Ashley was able to decide to quit competing. She was receiving offers for photos while participating, however she didn't want to mix her careers however when she stopped competing she decided to become a fitness model. Following her appearance on the front page of a well-known fitness magazine she was able to immediately begin her fitness modeling career when she signed with an agency for modeling. Her career as a model has taken off since then. The model has been seen in bikinis with famous brands of clothing, and has appeared on the covers of popular magazines.
